[Girona, 24 September 2026] – Factor Bikes introduces the ONE SP, a new time trial and triathlon configuration that takes the aerodynamic potential of the ONE platform further than originally anticipated. Developed around the new ONE SP Bar, the ONE SP combines the best of two worlds. It offers road bike handling, agility, and low weight, with the advantage of a super-aero time trial or triathlon position.
The ONE SP represents another speed solution from Factor, and another step in the ongoing process of finding the fastest possible solution for a given rider, course, and race. By combining the aerodynamic architecture of the ONE with a purpose-developed time trial front end, Factor has created a remarkably capable platform for racing against the clock.
It is a significant demonstration of the potential built into the ONE platform and establishes the ONE SP as the fastest road-oriented Factor ever.
FASTER BY DESIGN
The ONE SP, or Speed Package, grew naturally from the development of the Factor ONE. Creating the ONE involved an extensive aerodynamic development programme, with Factor engineers exploring multiple iterations of the fork, head tube, and front-end architecture to understand how the complete bike interacts both with the rider and the airflow.
That process produced the ONE’s distinctive wide-stance fork and highly integrated front end. Its unconventional architecture was driven not by appearance, but by aerodynamic performance. Once the potential of that platform became clear, the next question was obvious: what happens when the ONE is optimised specifically for racing against the clock?
The answer is the ONE SP.

By pairing the ONE chassis with the purpose-developed ONE SP Bar, Factor has created a configuration that allows riders to adopt the forward, compact position demanded by modern time trialling and triathlon while exploiting the aerodynamic performance of the underlying ONE platform.
The resulting bike demonstrates how a change in rider position and front-end configuration can unlock another level of performance from the same underlying platform.
More than simply replacing one cockpit with another, the ONE SP demonstrates how far the ONE platform can be pushed when bike, rider position, and aerodynamics are treated as a complete system.
As proof of its versatility, the ONE SP was raced in the 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift individual time trial, which featured a 2-kilometre climb averaging 6.9%, and by Factor athletes at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, where riders faced approximately 1,200 metres of climbing as well as highly technical descents. In both events, the ONE SP proved effective thanks to its aerodynamic performance, low weight, and agility.
A NEW SPEED SOLUTION
The ONE SP has been designed to perform across a much broader range of racing than a conventional time trial machine.

Rather than viewing speed as the product of a single bike or design philosophy, Factor approaches performance as an ongoing development process: finding the fastest possible solution for a particular rider, discipline, and set of demands. The ONE SP is the latest expression of that philosophy.
Its low weight, progressive geometry, and responsive handling make it suited to short, technical and uphill time trials, while its aerodynamic efficiency, position adjustability, and stability provide the attributes required for sustained efforts in long-distance triathlon.

Central to that versatility is the new ONE SP Bar. Purpose-developed for the ONE and constructed from high-modulus carbon fibre, the cockpit attaches directly to the fork head through a four-bolt interface, creating a rigid and highly integrated connection between rider and bike.
Extensive adjustment allows riders to optimise their position for their physiology, event, and course. An optional 10 mm of stack is available at the bar attachment, while the extensions offer up to 35 mm of additional stack in 5 mm increments alongside extensive reach, width, and rotation adjustment.
The cockpit also includes a BTA accessory holder and dedicated Black Inc computer mount compatible with Garmin and Wahoo devices. Fully internal cable routing preserves the ONE SP's aerodynamic profile and supports electronic groupsets and hydraulic disc brakes.

AERODYNAMICS, APPLIED
The ONE SP builds on the extensive simulation and physical testing conducted during development of the ONE.
Advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics enabled Factor engineers to evaluate hundreds of aerodynamic iterations before physical prototypes reached the wind tunnel, examining not only individual components but how the complete front end interacts with the rider and changing airflow.
The ONE's wide-stance bayonet fork and chin fairing help manage airflow spilling from the front wheel and maintain aerodynamic performance across yaw angles. On the ONE SP, that design is combined with a rider position specifically optimised for sustained high-speed efforts. The result is not simply a more aerodynamic component or cockpit, but a faster complete system.
A NEW CHAPTER IN THE PURSUIT OF SPEED
The ONE SP is a new chapter in a development story that began with the HANZŌ and has continued through the HANZŌ Track, SLiCK, Bugatti, and ONE.
Each project has provided Factor’s engineers with new knowledge about aerodynamics, integration, rider position, handling, and the complex relationship between outright speed and the demands of real-world racing. Rather than treating those bikes as isolated projects, Factor has carried those lessons forward, with each generation informing what comes next.
The ONE SP is the latest step in that process: taking what Factor learned from the development of the ONE and applying it to a new challenge against the clock. The ONE SP continues that progression, not as an endpoint, but as another exploration of what becomes possible when convention takes second place to performance.

ONE PLATFORM, TWO EXPRESSIONS
The ONE SP retains the versatility engineered into the ONE platform, including clearance for tyres measuring up to 34 mm wide. This gives riders greater freedom to balance aerodynamic efficiency, rolling resistance, and control according to the demands of a particular course.
Its adjustable front derailleur mount accommodates a broad range of race-specific gearing, while compatibility extends across electronic SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo groupsets.
A bottom-bracket-mounted Di2 battery, T47A internal threaded bottom bracket, and Factor's low-profile Mini-UDH derailleur hanger further contribute to the clean, integrated design.
The ONE SP represents an unexpected outcome of the ONE development programme and the latest evolution of Factor’s pursuit of speed. What began as an exploration of aerodynamic road performance has revealed another application of the ONE architecture: a highly adaptable platform capable of being configured specifically for the demands of racing against the clock.
It is another speed solution, another step in the development process, and another demonstration of Factor’s determination to keep searching for the fastest possible answer.
